Zhangjiagang Greens Shazhou Boiler Co., Ltd(Brief introduction) Zhangjiagang Greens Shazhou Boiler Co., Ltd is situated in the National Sanitation City-Zhangjiagang, which is backward position of Yangtse River and is the provincial open up area. The location of the company is predominant. The traffic is convenient, including water-carriage and land-carriage. The company is adjacent to Zhangjiagang Port and Zhangjiagang Baoshui Area. It adjoins Suzhou and Wuxi in the south, adjoins Yangtse River and face to Nantong in the north, adjoins Shanghai in the east, adjoins Nanjing in the west. The pre-existence of our company is Shazhou Marine Boiler Factory, which was founded in 1956. Now it has been run for nearly fifty years. We are the only one company that can produce marine boiler and land-boiler in our country. Our company possesses 600 sets of produce, measure, check and test equipments. We have pivotal equipments including 1600 tons and 1200 tons water press, φ3000mm jarring machine, 9m digging machine(2 sets), 2.5m plate shear machine(2 sets), δ30、δ50、δ60 plate roll machine, φ3.4m vertical lathe(2 sets), φ100mm drill press(2 sets), 5×5.5×15m3 backfire furnace, digital flame cutter, γ radial instrument, automatic welding machine for membrane wall, automatic welding machine for tube plate, tube panel bender, hydraulic tube expander, ect. The lift equipment can suspend 50 tons. Our company has produced more 11000 marine boilers and pressure vessels for ships. The boilers and pressure vessels we produced have over ten types and 100 specifications. The products are sold both in our country and abroad, and enter the international market. 1500 sets marine boilers and 5000 sets pressure vessels and used in over 1000 ships and felly.
