• SUPREME seals
  For decades IHC Lagersmit BV has been designing, manufacturing and supplying various types of rotary seals for ships, pumps and other industrial applications. One of these seals is the world-wide patented LIQUIDYNE with heavily loaded (pump) shaft feed-through as its field of application. • Bearings
  For more than 50 years IHC Lagersmit BV has been one of the leading producers of white metal lined slide bearings for propeller- and pump shafts. After careful preliminary treatment of the inside surface of the cast iron bush, a special centrifugal casting procedure applies the white metal onto the surface. This ensures a perfect bond and a homogenous structure of the bearing material. We can use a wide variety of types of white metal for casting, depending on the specific conditions of use. Good bonding of the white metal is checked by ultrasonic testing.
• LIQUIDYNE seals
  In the early eighties IHC Lagersmit BV introduced a liquid lubricated pump shaft seal in the process and dredging industry, called LIQUIDYNE. This world - wide patented pump shaft seal is extremely suitable for heavily loaded (pump) shaft feed-throughs (high peripheal velocity, high pressure and dirty or crystallizing liquids).
